Joya de Nicaragua Clásico was the very first Nicaraguan “Puro” exported from Nicaragua, and the only brand to have ever been officially recognised as the country’s national cigar. To add to its rich history, during the Cuban embargo it was the only brand to have been recognized as the official cigar of the White House. It’s currently our best selling blend in the European market.

This is mild, woody and delicate smoke is adorned with a silky Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper.

  • Accessories (lighters, cutters, humidors, etc.) if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • Tobacco products (cigars, pipe tobacco) only if faulty, damaged or sent in error.

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email info@thesmokingjacket.co.uk within 14 days with your order number, details, and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

How do I start a return?

  1. Email info@thesmokingjacket.co.uk with order number + reason (and photos if damaged).
  2. Once approved, post to:

  3. Include a copy of your invoice/confirmation.

Who pays return postage?
You do, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

When will I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we’re at fault.

What can’t be returned?

  • Cut or partially-smoked cigars
  • Opened/used humidification products
  • Items returned without prior approval
