The Smoking Jacket Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

At The Smoking Jacket, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive premium quality products and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

2. Returns Eligibility

a. Tobacco Products (Cigars, Pipe Tobacco, etc.)

Due to hygiene and regulatory considerations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on cigars, pipe tobacco, or other tobacco products unless they are faulty or were sent in error. We thank you for your understanding.

b. Accessories (Lighters, Cutters, Humidors, etc.)

We accept returns on accessories provided they are:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In a resalable condition
Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer you the choice of a replacement, repair, or refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@thesmokingjacketshop.co.uk with:
   - Your order number
   - Details of the item(s) you wish to return
   - Reason for return
   - Photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect

2. Once your return has been approved, package the item securely and post it to the following return address:

3. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following, unless the item is faulty:
- Cut or partially smoked cigars
- Opened or used humidification products
- Items returned without prior approval
