What can I return?
- Accessories (lighters, cutters, humidors, etc.) if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Tobacco products (cigars, pipe tobacco) only if faulty, damaged or sent in error.

Who pays return postage?
You do, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we’re at fault.
What can’t be returned?
- Cut or partially-smoked cigars
- Opened/used humidification products
- Items returned without prior approval
