Montecristo Brillantes have been created by Habanos.sa in celebration of the Chinese Year of the Dragon. They are presented in stylish red lacquered boxes containing 18 cigars. Each box is numbered and only 18,888 boxes made for global distribution.

These rare cigars are sure to become collectors’ items but if enjoyed now, the cigar smoker can expect rich aromas with the spice and ‘tang’ that has made Montecristo’s medium to full bodied blend the benchmark for many aficionados.

The cigar is a unique size within the Habanos portfolio and known as ‘Venerables’ in the factories of Cuba.

They measure 5” (128mm) x 53 ring gauge and are dressed with a standard Montecristo band and a specially designed red foot-band bearing a dragon emblem and the legend “Year of the Dragon”.

This is the fifth release dedicated to celebrating the lunar New Year following the Romeo y Julieta Maravilla 8 (2019), Hoyo de Monterrey Primaveras (2020), H. Upmann Magnum 52 (2021) and the Cohiba Siglo de Oro (2022).

  • Accessories (lighters, cutters, humidors, etc.) if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • Tobacco products (cigars, pipe tobacco) only if faulty, damaged or sent in error.

How do I start a return?

Who pays return postage?
You do, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

When will I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we’re at fault.
