Originally released to celebrate Zino Davidoff's 80th birthday in 1986, Davidoff Aniversario is a celebration of life itself. In a world where time is of the essence, Aniversario always creates moments out of the ordinary and fills time beautifully. The cigar's name Special «R» is rooted in the fact that this robusto is a tad shorter than other cigars of this format.

The robusto offers aficionados a compact cigar with a smooth enjoyment with a dynamic taste profile from start to finish. Previewing the cigar with a perfumy pre-smell and a pre-taste of walnut, the well-aged tobaccos create an elegant complexity throughout. The draw is consistently easy, and the considerable smoke output make this a fully satisfying experience with nutty and peppery hints in the retrohale and a slightly spicy finish.
