  • Tobacco products (cigars, pipe tobacco) only if faulty, damaged or sent in error.

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email info@thesmokingjacket.co.uk within 14 days with your order number, details, and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

How do I start a return?

  1. Email info@thesmokingjacket.co.uk with order number + reason (and photos if damaged).
  2. Once approved, post to:

  3. Include a copy of your invoice/confirmation.

Who pays return postage?
You do, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

When will I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we’re at fault.

What can’t be returned?

  • Cut or partially-smoked cigars
  • Opened/used humidification products
  • Items returned without prior approval
